Since the beginning of the year, the Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central activities of the Swiss subsidiary of the international group sa.global have been transferred to ERPXperts SA. This company thus takes over the entirety of the business unit dedicated to the Microsoft ERP solution oriented towards SMEs.
Enhancing Growth
Alain Eternod, founder and CEO of ERPXperts, highlights the opportunity provided by this transfer to stimulate the growth of his company in various markets. "This also allows us to strengthen our skills, particularly with the addition of experienced senior collaborators," he states.
The transferred business unit, consisting of several specialists, currently manages a portfolio of about twenty clients who will immediately benefit from the Customer Care structure of ERPXperts. The company also plans to establish a branch in the sa.global offices in Versoix (GE) to strengthen its presence in the Lake Geneva region.
Perpetuating a Recent Unit
This transition stems from sa.global's desire to perpetuate this unit. "We had recently created this Business Central department and it quickly became important. We then wanted to strengthen it, particularly by acquiring another company with skills in this solution. This was not possible and we then chose to transfer it to a trusted partner to focus on our other market segments," explains Sevan Reymond, Sales Director at sa.global Western Europe.
Future Partnerships
In addition to the transfer of activities, this initiative marks the beginning of a new fruitful collaboration between sa.global and ERPXperts. Thanks to its membership in a global group, sa.global will be able to provide ERPXperts with complementary products, including specific business solutions, thus expanding the range of tools of the Fribourg-based company.
