There has been a change at the top of the technological group Infoteam in Givisiez (FR). On April 1, 2023, Stéphane Poggi was appointed CEO of the group with a strategic mission to develop the group's activities and promote the expertise of its various companies.
Strengthening customer orientation
"Upon arriving at Infoteam, I discovered an extraordinary technological group with excellent professionals who have very high levels of skills. The potential for development is immense. My objective is also to strengthen the customer orientation of the group's various companies. Customer satisfaction is essential and we must do everything possible to provide them with innovative, sustainable solutions that enable them to progress in their challenges," said the new CEO, who aims to cultivate listening, teamwork, and a sense of belonging within the company.
Entrepreneurial spirit
Aged 57 and an engineer by profession, Stéphane Poggi previously worked for nearly 20 years in the management of FELCO SA, the world leader in secateurs and cutting tools, and contributed to the brand's growth. "We chose Mr. Poggi for his entrepreneurial spirit and focus on the end-customer. We feel that he is able to seize all the opportunities that will allow our group to grow," said Jean-Luc Tinguely, President of the Board of Directors and owner of Infoteam Group.

Active nationally and internationally and founded in 1990, Infoteam Group comprises five different centres of excellence with companies such as Infoteam Automation, Infoteam Digital, IFTG solutions SA, MC-monitoring SA, and ERPXperts SA.
